Delete your account

In the app

Open the Account tab, tap “Delete my account”, and confirm twice. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@tabib.care from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, your profile and photo, your reviews, and your list of blocked users.

What is kept

If you claimed an existing doctor listing, it is unclaimed and stays in the directory, so the clinic’s entry is not lost. A listing you created yourself is deleted.

Reports you filed are kept for up to 12 months as a moderation record, without your name attached. Nothing else is kept.
